I had the honor of working with both Frank and Pauline as their Humana Care Manager. What a delight getting acquainted with both of them! Pauline had such a sweet demeanor! She always needed a hug. Those hugs are a cherished memory. My deepest condolences to her family! My apologies for this being so late but I was unaware of her passing until today.
