Judy will be greatly missed. Have had many adventures with Judy. From road trips, golfing outing, Eagles Club happening and many other great memories. You will ever be in our hearts. The Lord is having a hard time with our world, I’m sure he called you up to help straighten things out. We’re counting on you , to use your great talent, to doIng just that. Much love and sympathy to the Perkins family

A wonderful caring lady!!

A very dear friend who taught me so much. We laughed, shared so many memories/experiences and, did I mention, we laughed together! I will miss her!

Judy became our neighbor only recently. We were looking forward to getting better acquainted. After reading her obituary today, I can tell we shared many of her interests and values. Hers was a life well lived.

So sorry to hear. A great person with a kind & generous heart. I have to smile when I think of her telling me to go ahead & plant that 1/2 dead ugly tree in the backyard when I approached her with it in a bucket. "Let's see what it will do!", she said with a chuckle.

I didn't know Judy well but worked with her on many different projects. I know she'll be missed by many! My condolences to you, her family. She was always full of fun & laughter & a great person to be around. It's hopefull your good memories together will sustain you. My thoughts and prayers are with you (((hugs)).

Mike and Alan, I'm real sorry to learn about your mom. She had such a great disposition. My mom always enjoyed her company - and Mom didn't enjoy very many peoples' company. My deepest respects.

So sorry to hear about Judy! Lots of great memories and fun times! We loved her positive attitude and great laugh! She was a bright light! Love, hugs and prayers to Al, Mike and Kathleen and your families!

Al, Mike, and Kathy, We are so sad to hear about our Aunt Judy and your mother. It is so sad that you guys are dealing with a very tough year of losing both parents. You are in our hearts and prayers. We all have great memories of Aunt Judy through the years with our Perkins family get togethers. You have our deepest sympathy. Love you guys.

Kathleen, Jeff and family, We offer our sincere sympathy for the loss of your Mother. May the Lord provide you with strength during this most difficult time. Titof and Angela Aquice

Judy always had a smile. I enjoyed getting to know her in Metro Mix Chorus, and was always glad to see her the last several years at our events. She is missed.

Dear Perkins Family, I was so sad to hear of the passing of your beloved mother. I have many fond memories of her whether it was camping trips, Quaker events, Union or Democratic Party events. She was a funny bright lady who will be missed. You are all in my thoughts and prayers. Take care and God bless. With hugs and love, Shawn

We are so very sorry to hear that Judy has passed. I remember many outings for us girls to Hancher or the Englert for a play or event- (we ladies needed our''culture"). They were followed by a nice dinner and typically wine or drinks, but always, always laughter and fun.I think it really didn't matter if she was traveling, singing with the Adelines, playing golf or cards, going to the casino or spending time with her much loved family or friends, Judy had fun, and it spread to those around her. So happy to have known her.

I worked with Judy at City Hall for a number of years while I was in the building dept. She was a fun loving gal and we enjoyed lots of laughs especially during staff meetings. I know you will miss her. Dale Brodt July 24, 2020

We are part of the new community Judy had moved to. We are so sorry for the Perkins family's loss, and our loss, too, here at Prairie Gardens. You have our heartfelt sympathy as you adjust to her passing.

My sincere condolences to Judy’s family. I enjoyed visiting with her at Prairie Gardens. She will be missed.

I knew Judy from NPELRA meetings. She was always fun, and enjoyed the meetings. We lost a good one, God's benefit and our loss.

Sometimes people share your life and then they are gone. Judy you were always thought of many times after that?? I’ve tried to be a good Aunt to Alan, Michael, and Kathy and I do believe they know that. God bless you all LvU ??????????????

I’m so sorry about the ??????? After my condolence?? Where they came from I do not know but forgive my new 11????

Please accept my deepest sympathy. She was a sweet friend and I feel grateful to have known her when we were in Sweet Adelines together. She was one of the "best!"

Judy was my neighbor on Coll Drive...the first to greet me when I moved in...we had many good chats. She was a cheerful person and a good neighbor. Rest Well, my friend!
