I will miss her always present smile, her wonderfully generous spirit, her sparkling eyes -- and her indulgence in sharing our "library stories" about kids, and books, and then our grandchildren. She would recognize this adapted phrase - "Such women don't grow on every tree." Bill, Mike, Matt, Liza - our sincere condolences.

I am so sorry for your loss Bill and family. I will continue to think of Jan often. She had a marvelous smile! I thought I would go to the memorial visitation; but with covid, I will leave room for others. Bill, I hope to see your friendly wave and smile again as I pass by hour house.

Dear Bill & Family, Joe & Jeri, & Angie & Family, I am so sorry for your loss of Jan. My 1st memories of meeting you guys was at the ballpark when Lisa & Corene were infants. Over all these years we have connected in so many ways. Jan was a gracious soul with a lovely spirit, never to be forgotten.

Thanking God for the gift of Jan and sending prayers for your broken hearts. What I will never forget about Jan besides that beautiful laugh, is always wanting her fabulous outfits and tan! Much Love, Paulette Canney and family.

Wow, when I opened the paper and saw her beautiful smiling face in the obituaries it hit me like a ton of bricks. I have not kept in touch but she was a kind lovely fun person and I did not know she was sick. We use to get together and have coffee when our first born girls were small. We had fun at the ball park. I am sad for all of you, her family and those close to her.

You have our sincere sympathy. Jan was a great lady and will be missed by so many.
