Jared was an amazing young man I had the privilege of knowing, his Dad was one of my dearest friends there in Cedar Rapids when I opened up the Collins Plaza Hotel. Jared came to work at the hotel during its heyday and it was always a joy having him on staff. His enthusiasm for our industry was contagious, all of his fellow associates loved working with him as well! Jared also came down to Richardson Texas to work with me when I opened the Renaissance Hotel there, again bringing his outstanding work ethic and people skills to the hotel. To Pam, Lindsay and all of the family my heartfelt condolences. Peace to you all
