Special guy. Friend & customer for 40+ years. Best to Amy and family.

Bruce sat across from my mom at meals at the care center. He always had a smile on his face & had a great laugh that brightened up the whole cafeteria. He was well loved by staff & I enjoyed talking to him & getting him to laugh which also made my mom laugh. Thank you Bruce & I'm sorry for your loss.

Amy, Bryan, and family, Our hearts go out to you in your fathers passing. Bruce’s friendship meant a lot to us! We had many laughs and good times together. He was so much fun to be with! I treasured my friendship with your mother Karen also, from the day she came into my store until the day she passed away.. We are richer for having them in our lives. Good memories! Sending our love, Gene and Mimi Warner

Amy and Bryan, so sorry! My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family! Bruce and Karen were long time clients that became friends over the years. Lots of memories! They both are missed!

My sincere condolences to Amy & Brian and family. I worked with Bruce since 1973 & until his retirement. We had a lot of good times together and remained friends. He and Karen were almost like part of our family. My memories of him are so vivid. He was my best friend. Big K we will meet again.

On behalf of all the residents of The Arbors, our sincere condolences to the family. Our summer and winter neighborhood parties bring back so many great memories with Bruce. And yes, I rememember trying to flip Bruce and the "chain gang" $20 when our son was a quarterback for Jefferson. Last year Theresa's father was in the Hiawatha Care Center for only a week before his passing, so we always stopped to see Bruce in his room as well as sit at the lunch/dinner table with him. Even recall Brian bringing him Chick-Fil-A which brought about a big smile from Big K.

I am so sorry for the loss of Bruce. I first met him when I worked in Telecommunications at St. Luke's. When he stopped in to see me he would always sit and talk. He was so easy to talk to. A kind and gentle man. My thoughts and prayers are with all the family.

Sending our deepest sympathy to Amy and Bryan. We were neighbors of Bruce and Karen's for many years and spent many wonderful days and evenings with them. Bruce was always ready to help and always ready with a big laugh and hug . He will be missed, he was truly a gentle and kind man.
