I am sorry to hear the passing of Mr. Primmer.
I grew up in the neighborhood with his family.
His son Jamie is still one of my best friends.
Mr. Primmer will be remembered as a very kind man with a lot of patience. He was always so nice to us neighborhood boys growing up.
