Jan, Debbie and Gilbert, I am so sorry to hear about your Dad’s passing. He was such a supportive man, quiet and unassuming though there for you. I’m sure your Mom was there with open arms ready to embrace the love of her life. I’m so sorry I missed when she passed. I have such great memories of high school, college and later of being accepted as a member or your family. I do think of you often. Know that you all are in my thoughts and prayers.

I was only given the honor of getting to know Carol for a short time. My visits as a Hospice Volunteer were very enjoyable. We shared a few laughs and reminisced about railroads and golf. I would have liked to have know Carol in his younger days. We could have got in trouble together. I am very sorry for your loss. Carol is now with his wife and playing golf again.
