James Groff

Born in Marengo, IA
Born on Jan 20, 1929
Departed on Jul 8, 2019

Carolyn and family, We are just devastated about Jim. Ed keeps recalling memories and all of the fun times with Jim, Charlie and the boys on their boundry water trips....they sure had a ball. I always wished they could make one more trip, but it wasn't to be. I have come to love Jim, he was so special, fun and a real sweetheart. I can still hear Jim's laugh when I would tell him a story. We had such good times with he and your Mom and Jim and Wanda.....this world was surely a better place because of Jim. I look around and see several things we have here Jim made for us. What treasurers.... With love and hugs to all, Ed and Annamae

I’m so sorry for your loss.

I’m so sorry for your loss.

Carolyn, I am so sorry to hear about your dad. I still have several wood pieces he made. Hugs dear friend, you are in my thoughts.

It’s been a very long time since we were last in contact but that is not to say you and yours have not been on my thoughts. I am sorry to hear of your fathers passing. He was always a favorite of my father . It’s a shame the Groff’ clans lost touch. I will continue to keep you in my prayers and trust that you will keep all god times you had with your father in your heart.

Carolyn and Family - sending thoughts and prayers to all of you! Kim & Craig
