Wilma, Andy and the rest of the Lake Family, We were all grateful to know Carl over the years. He was at our wedding 32 years ago on 8/1, with other family members. He was a great mentor on the golf course. He served his community, family and patients with care. Peace be with you, as we celebrate & always remember his life. Sincerely, Robin and Carole Tucker, my mother, LaVerne, and our children Cheryl, Eileen and Julie.

To: Wilma and MaryBeth and all of the Family, At this time of sadness, may you come together in love and great appreciation for Carlton, Dr. Lake and the life he shared with you. From: Sharon and the Harrith Hasson Family members and in particular Joseph who brought Beth into our family. We are blessed.

Dear Mrs Lake and family - it has been our blessing growing up with the Lake family on Lamplite Lane. Between all our family gatherings (graduations, weddings and other events) plus our awesome Colorado skiing trips I feel that we have had one gigantic family of fun through the years. We will miss our family Doctor! May the dear Lord bless each of you during this time of sorrow and may his memory be eternal!!

Jeff, I am so sorry for your loss. You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers.

To the Carlton Lake Family, I am sorry for your loss. He was a great Dr.He was my parents family Dr. He delivered me and I kept seeing him as my family doctor till the day he retired. It felt like a family member was taken from me the day I found out he was retiring. He the the best and most caring Dr. My mom told me so many great and caring stories how he had helped the family in medical needs. He picked up my mom at our house when she was having a miscarriage and took her to the hospital. Came to our home many times to treat my mom for whatever was ailing her. He was the best. God only takes the best, my favorite ......Come to Me With tearful eyes we watched you, And saw you pass away. Although we loved you dearly, We could not make you stay. A golden heart stopped beating, Hard working hands at rest. God broke our hearts to prove to us, He only takes the best. RIP Dr. Lake
