Maynard, Dean, Ken & Carol, I'm saddened to hear of your mothers passing. She was SUCH a wonderful woman. I'd like each one of you to just give God thanks for being able to have such a long, good relationship with her. That, in itself is a truly amazing thing to have and always give thanks for! So many great memories from the decades gone by with friends like you all. I'm praying for you today and will into the future for His comfort to you through your times of sorrow. "The death of a beloved is an amputation" - C.S. Lewis. Time will help your feelings. I can sympathize closely with where you are right now. Again, Thank God for the time you had with her. All my sympathies, Paul Lehmkuhl

I was almost 5 yrs old when we moved from that street but retain one fond memory of Mildred. As we sat on the curb in front of her house, she taught me how to tie my shoes. She had to have known my excitement as I ran home to show Mom what I had learned. The small things matter. Thanks to her for the "happy" memory. With sympathy

So sorry to hear about your mother's passing, many memories of her. Spent time with her at the salvation army on monday afternoons. She will be missed even more.

I am saddened to here of the loss of Mildred. I loved her like a second mom. And always enjoyed visiting in Ormiston Park. My prayers are with you all in this time of sorrow. Just know that one day you'll be together with her again as she has joined your father and brother Charlie in their eternal rest in the bosom of Jesus.

My thoughts and prayers are with you all.

Maynard, Andrea and Eric, I am so sorry to read about Mildred's passing. I remember her as a sweet lady with a lovely smile. Please lean on God's comfort during this time of sorrow. "He heals the broken hearted" Psalm 147.3

Ken and Family - I was sorry to hear of your mother's passing. You are in my thoughts.
