I knew Martha for many years and we enjoyed some great conversations. Her love for life was evident and we shared stories both of travel and growing up in eastern Iowa, as her daughter and I were Camp Hitaga kids. Thoughts and prayers for the family as you go through this journey.

Beth: I got to know your mother when she was a volunteer at St. Luke's. She always told us about you and your travels. I know she was so proud of you and your accomplishments.

Beth: So sorry to hear of your loss. You and your family meant so much to all of us growing up in the Christ Church family. I hope all is well with you, and it seems you've made quite a difference in the lives of others. I know your parents are so proud. Anyway, keep up the good work and God bless.

So sorry to read of your mothers death. We had been friends since high school. I know you and your mother took many trips together. She always wrote about them in her yearly letter. Sorry I missed the services. The weather was not good for elderly driving. Best Wishes,
