Memorial

Lynn Bading (72) of Cedar Rapids passed away January 31, 2019 at St. Luke’s Hospital.  A funeral service will be held Thursday February 7, 2019 at 11am at Cedar Memorial Chapel of Memories.  Visitation will be held Wednesday evening from 4-7pm at Cedar Memorial Funeral Home.

Lynette Neal was born November 2, 1946 in Cedar Rapids, Iowa the daughter of Jack and Lucille Neal.  She graduated from Hamilton Business College. She was a real estate agent in Cedar Rapids for several years. She owned her own bread distributing business and worked with local grocery stores.  She loved playing bingo at St. Ludmila’s, Tama, and hanging out with her bingo buddies.   She especially loved spending time with her family and many grandchildren.  

Survivors include her husband Mark;  four children;  Jeff (Andy) Svoboda, Robyn Miner (Josh Havlik), Brad (Dianna) Svoboda, and Brett Neal (Rudeee Miller);  nine grandchildren, Mandy and Nicole Miner; Nakia and Isaiah Svoboda; Zach and Allison Svoboda; Madison, Morgan and Emily Neal; and one sister Jackie Dewitt.   

She was preceded in death by her parents.
