Francis Wagner

Having lived next door to Frank and Beulah for the past 25 years its hard to put into words how much he will be missed. Our three kids have known "Frank and Beulah" their whole lives. Contrary to Franks sometimes "stern" demeanor he never fooled them! God bless Wagner family.

I am sorry to hear the sad news. I worked with Frank during my Cummins Great Plains years. He was a gentleman with a small stature, but a jumbo sized heart. I am retired now, and his memory will live on as long as I do.....
