Dear Family, you have our deepest sympathy for Russ...indeed, he was a special man who will be long, long remember. May his memory be eternal!

Aunt Dee, Carey, Craig, Sarah, Shane, Derek - my deepest condolences to all of you for the passing of Uncle Russell. I'm sorry I wasn't able to make the funeral, but was glad to have seen him and Aunt Dee in January. Although he was a little hard of hearing at the time, he had the same laughter and liveliness that he always had. I will always remember him for a the good times we had growing up at their house and other family get-togethers with all the cousins. Those were truly the good old days. Glen, Trudy, and Paige

My brother, Todd and I grew up across the street from the Colton's and were classmates with Cary and Craig, and friends with all of them. I have many memories with them, but two things I remember vividly. I always felt welcome, and if I hadn't eaten, I was invited to join them-and something funny or out of the ordinary would inevitably happen. What a great family and loving home Mr. and Mrs. Colton (they're still that to me) shared with so many of us. Mrs. Colton, Cary, Craig, Sara, Derek, Shane, and the entire family, you all have my sympathy. Mr. Colton--well done!

Uncle Russ stole my heart from the day I can remember. He was always so kind and loving. He reminded me so much of our Grandma and her traits. His children are a perfect reflection of the kind soul he was (plus they all carry their wonderful mother’s traits). It was a blessing being able to visit with him and Dee last summer. What a blessing God bestowed upon us. Another angel is watching over us. May he Rest In Peace.

Cary and family, I am sorry for your loss. My prayers are for you and your family. May the Lord grant you peace during this time. Eric Murray

Your dad always made me smile, seems like yesterday we were playing tackle football at the Kohl mansion and Russ finding new life for the torn shirts and ripped pants, he was a genius, but yet humble and giving. Thanks for sharing your family with me, some of the best memories were made at the Colton estate

To all of the Family of Mr. Colton, we are so sad to hear of his passing. He was a good and very kind man. I was honored to have been able to meet him. I am thankful for all of his family members with extra love for Craig and my forever loved friend, Dana. He will be missed. On behalf of my Family to your's, we love each one of you. Aaron, Connie, Wo, JoJo and Justin

Sara & Family - Please accept my sincere condolences on your father's passing. May God comfort you at this time of great loss. Andy Weaver, Washington High School, Class of 1973

My deepest sympathies go out to your family on the passing of Russ. He was always a delight at church and was missed when gone. I am happy he is in the arms of Jesus at this point as his faith was profound. My heart goes out to all of your family members. He will be sorely missed. Susan Norman

Sorry to hear about your Father. To bad I am texting you with the passing of your dad. Hope you are doing well. Take care. We had some crazy time together. Friends always. Again you have my sympathy for your loss. Bob
