Elaine Lorenz

Born in Dubuque, IA
Born on Sep 24, 1931
Departed on Jul 6, 2018

Elaine has always been “Mary Jo’s mom” to me. She had the smile of an angel and the patience of a saint. I loved her laugh. I am forever grateful I knew Elaine and for the whole Lorenz family who welcomed us Byerlys to 35th S.E. in 1967.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to the entire Lorenz family. May all the wonderful memories you created and all the love you shared comfort your family during this difficult time. Hugs, love & friendship from the Herkelman family

To the Lorenz family, I'm so sorry for your loss. My condolences to you Bob & Deb Lorenz. You and your family has had more family losses recently than a family should have. You all are in my thoughts & prayers.

Dick, Jenny, and the entire Lorenz families, our thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time. May there be comfort in knowing that someone so special will never be forgotten, as Elaine’s spirit lives through so many.

Dick, Kathy, and the Lorenz family, So sorry to hear of the loss of your mother. What a wonderful and full life she led especially raising seven children. Will keep you and your whole family in my thoughts and prayers.

I am so sorry for the loss of you mom, Kathy. Hugs and love being sent to you and your family.

Our Deepest Sympathy goes to the Lorenz and Heitz Families, with the passing of Elaine (Heitz) Lorenz. Especially my father John “Jack” Heitz, with the passing of his sister and the longest relationship each was privileged to have with another on earth. I am so glad I grasped the opportunity to write to my dear Aunt Elaine, to share with her how her kindness and love touched my heart and life. All Our Love, Eric & Linda (Heitz) Kral (Niece and her husband).

My deepest sympathy to your entire family. Elaine was a treasure! I was blessed to have her as a neighbor and a true friend. She was always there for me when I needed her. May God hold her in the palm of His hand and hold all of you close to His sacred heart.
