Marlyn, Lanny, Katie, Mike, and grandkids, My deepest condolences to learn of Nancy's passing. I spent so much time at your house when I was a kid that she was like another mother to me. I loved spending time with her. She was such a conversationalist! I have so many fond memories of growing up as neighbors on E Avenue. Hanging out at the Downing's house was such a big part. She will live on in my memories and in my heart. Sending all my love to you all!
