To Mark and the Berry family. At the Washington High School class of 76 40th reunion ALL OF US in attendance had the distinct honor to meet this wonderful man. His presence there, with Mark, was a highlight of the weekend events. He made us all feel young. I thoroughly enjoyed our conversation about airplanes. And WOW THAT MAN COULD DANCE. His smile and laugh was contagious. THANK YOU, Mark, for introducing me, and all of us, to this gem of a man .

Scott and Mark, the old neighborhood is thinning. Will miss seeing him doing his "patrol" with the shopping cart. Would still see him while visiting Mom. Our condolences are with you,

Mark and Scott - so sorry to hear of your father's passing. I was thinking of him tonight and, with the weather growing warmer, thinking of stopping by to see how he was doing, so I looked him up, hoping not to find a memorial...
All my life, I wanted to be called "Katie", but try as I might, I could never get anyone to call me that - except Moe. He always called me Katie! In fact, one day he realized his mistake, and apologized, but I told him not to stop now - and he didn't!
I'll never forget his many kindnesses, or his ready smile. My deepest condolences.
