Memorial

Mark Childs, 65, died December 27, 2018 at Oldorf Hospice House in Hiawatha, surrounded by his family.  He was born June 2, 1953, to Herbert and Lillian Childs, in Cedar Rapids.

Mark is survived by his wife Pam; children, Robert (Melissa), Justin (Sofia), Carrie (Doug); 13 Grandchildren; 5 Great-Grandchildren; brothers, Steven and Michael (Hattilee); sister-in-law, Sandra Childs, and numerous nieces and nephews.  Mark was preceded in death by his parents, brother Larry, and sister Sherry.

A Memorial Service will be held on Monday December 31, 2018 at 1:00 pm in the Cedar Memorial Chapel of Memories, 4200 First Avenue NE, Cedar Rapids.  A private family inurnment will take place at a later date.
