Wendy, Karen, Samuel, and Mary; My sympathy and prayers at the loss of your mom. I am sure it is difficult to lose both parents so close in time and yet a blessing in less worry. I remember Jan's quilting and baking. She loved the holidays and many a special occasion for offering her treats blended with love. We were blessed to have enjoyed some of these. I still have my simple quilt that she shared at my graduation. It was a comfort throughout my college years. This and the many projects she stitched with care touched many lives. Her willingness to offer her gifts is blessing. I am sure she and Sam are finally getting some quality time together. Be assured of my prayers during this time of transition.
