Evelyn F Kisner, 81, of Hiawatha, IA, died April 19, 2018 at Promise House Assisted Living.  Evelyn was born November 26, 1936, in Oran, Iowa to Harry and Pauline (Pearl) Cosselman.

Evelyn graduated from Oran High School.  She enjoyed Polka and Country music, she loved country dancing with Dale.  She enjoyed watching the Cubs, participating in Iowa Hawkeye Events, she was a member of the Granny Basketball League, and actively supported the Reds/Kernel’s baseball teams.  Evelyn was an active member of St. Elizabeth Anne Seton Parish, and VFW Post 788.  She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend, who will be greatly missed by all the hearts she touched.

Evelyn is survived by two daughters, Laurie Burnside, and Connie (Wendell) Stepanek; granddaughter Kimberly Burnside; siblings, two brothers Lee Cosselman, and LaVerne Butch (Lynn) Cosselman and two sisters Florence (Frank) Baldwin, and Eleanor Wingert. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband of 48 years Dale; brother-in-law Pete Wingert; brothers, Lewis (Rose) Cosselman, and Lawrence Cosselman; sister-in-law Nancy Cosselman 

A visitation will be held, Monday, April 23rd  from 9:30 until 10:30 at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, 1350 Lyndhurst Dr., Hiawatha, followed by a Memorial Mass at 10:30.  Inurnment will be private.

Memorial donations may be directed to the family.
