Margie M. Buhr, 80, of Marion, passed away on Thursday, September 14, 2017 in her home.

No services are planned. 

Survivors include her son, Tony; grandchildren, Shawn Buhr, Brenda Douglas, Anthony (Jessica) Douglas and Matthew Paananen; great grandchildren, Hayden Bean, Isabella and Elijah Douglas; sisters, Mary Langerman, Nancy (Jack) Letzring, and Carol Wiltsey.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Arlen, son, Terry Allen Buhr and daughter, Theresa Ann Crane.

Margie Mae Cummings was born May 30, 1937 in Maynard, Iowa, the daughter of Roland and Merle (Clow) Cummings. She graduated from the Maynard High School and on March 12, 1954, she married Arlen R. Buhr in Westgate, Iowa. Margie worked for Rockwell Collins for over 25 years until retiring.
