Willard Frederick Cram 90 of Cedar Rapids died Tuesday October 10, 2017 at Heritage Specialty Care in Cedar Rapids. A private family service will be held at a later date. Willard will be interred with his wife, Kathleen at Cedar Memorial Park Cemetery.

Willard was born on January 3, 1927, in St. Paul, Minnesota, the son of Melvin and Bertha (Svor) Cram. Willard was a WWII Veteran serving in the United States Navy from 1943 to 1945. He attended Dunwoody Industrial Institute and was a draftsman at Rockwell Collins until his retirement. 

Survivors include his brother, David (Mary) Cram and their families from Minnesota; daughter, Bonnie (Ben) Wichers of Tucson, AZ; three sons, Steve (Jean) Cram and Dennis (Nancy) Cram, both of Cedar Rapids, Gregory Willard (Patty) Cram of Los Angeles, CA; five grandchildren, Kathryn (Brent) Koenig and Kevin (Angela) Wichers, of Tucson, Arizona, Lucas Cram of Los Angelas, CA, Sarah (Ben) Driscoll and Martin (Katie) Cram, both of Cedar Rapids; eight great-grandchildren; and sister-in-law, Rose Stratton of Maquoketa. 

He was preceded in death by his wife, Kathleen (Sharp) Cram in 2003; and two brothers Alan and Melvin Cram. 

Will enjoyed golf and wood working. He made intricate scroll saw creations which he shared with his family and friends. Will was a kind and gentle person who will be missed by all who knew him.
