Memorial

JoAnn Delores Snodgrass, 77, of Center Point, Iowa, died Friday, October 6, 2017 at Mercy Medical Center in Cedar Rapids.  Cremation rites were accorded by Cedar Memorial Park Funeral Home.  A Prayer Service will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, October 14, 2017 at St. Pius X Catholic Church, with the Rev. Phil Thompson officiating.  Family will greet guest at the church starting at 10:30 AM on Saturday.  All are invited to a reception immediately following the service at Biaggi's.  A private family inurnment will be held at Cedar Memorial Park Cemetery.    

She is survived by her two sons, Doug (Carol) Snodgrass of Center Point, Iowa; and Ken (Pat) Snodgrass of Switzerland; four grandchildren; and three sisters. 

JoAnn was born May 10, 1940 in Cromwell, Iowa the daughter of Anton and Elenora (Pashek) Havlik.  She was united in marriage to Alan Snodgrass on June 18, 1960 in Waterloo, Iowa.  JoAnn was a devoted homemaker and enjoyed time with her family, gardening and traveling.  Her memory will be treasured by many.

She was preceded in death by her parents and husband, Alan Snodgrass.
