Dear Rita & family, I was so saddened to hear of Ron's passing. I knew him through his friendship with my father, Ted Mercer. Often my father & I would run into you & Ron at Panera's and would share wonderful conversation. Ron was a kind and gentle man. Condolences are hard to write when you are not there to give them personally. Lou and I are down with the flu and strep throat or we would be there for you. Memories are easy with Ronnie... especially all the card games and meals we shared at Mom and Dads. The life cycle is not always fair, but we certainly cannot change it. We will have Masses said at our Church and provide a donation to the American Heart Association in Memorial to Ronnie. Remember Rita, we love you and will be praying for your family.
