We are so sorry to hear about Pat, our thoughts and prayers are with Rick and his family and the entire Douglas family. We weren’t even aware that Pat was sick, this comes as such a shock. My fondest memory of Pat was standing around the piano every Christmas Eve singing carols. We are thinking of you every day, love you all.

Hi Connie and family, I just wanted to extend sympathies for the loss of your mother. I remember when my mother was dying, it was so excruciating to see her go so slowly before our eyes. It was Alzheimer's that took her. I did not know Pat, however, she was well known here at MISD and I would have loved to have known her! She looks like a dear lady and I am sure that you miss her! God bless your journey, and may you be comforted by the many precious memories that you all made with her! Keep crying and keep talking about her! The two very things that are healing and helpful to us along the way. Keep the faith, Linda Vermeersch, RN FMI School Nurse
