Born in January 18th 1960, Clement Kapteni Kaula,  57 of Age of Nairobi, Kenya passed away on Friday 5:40 AM on July 28, 2017 at Mercy Medical Center, Cedar Rapids, Iowa- USA.

Service information: The memorial service is going to be held Friday the 11th of August 2017 5:00 PM at Cedar Memorial Chapel of Memories located at 4200 1st Ave  Cedar Rapids, Iowa 52402 

He was born January 18, 1960 to Atanas and Lucia Kaula in Makueni County, Kenya. Clement was an international lecturer in the hospitality industry and Head of Languages Department at Utalii College (KUC). 

Clement Kapteni Kaula is survived by his wife, Nancy Wambui Kaula, The father of Jeshua Kaula Kaula, Othniel Kamau Kaula, Nathan Ray  Mwadilo Kaula, Blessing Njoki Martha Kaula. his parents, Mr. Atanas  Ngove Kaula and Mrs Lucia Chausiku Kaula, Son in- Law of the late Charles Kamau Kigondu and the late Martha Njoki Kamau. Brother of Ednah Owuor, Felix Mulei, Tinah Mbuvi, Sister Assumpta Kaula, Angelica Mukoshi, Noel Kaula, Celestine Mwakio, Josephine Simon, Jasinta Nzioka, Eva Muema, Adam Ngove, Salome Muchiri, Mrianna Matheka, Leonida Tausi, AnneMarie Wasilwa, Elizabeth Kaunda and Susan Kaula.
He was uncle to many nieces and nephews and was a friend to many.
He is preceded in death by his father in law and mother in law.

A memorial fund has been established to help fund his return to Kenya.
