Amy and family I am sorry for your loss. I came on with Rick in 1980 at CRFD. Rick was an awesome person who did a lot for the fire service over the years. He was a true friend and will be missed.

I just learned of Rick's passing. He and the fire fighters were always the finale highlight of the MDA Telethon all those years on Ch. 2. We always looked forward to his arrival. I know he helped alot of people. As a newsman...he was also always a good contact at the CRFD and worked well with reporters. God Bless Rick's family and we'll hold his memory. Cary J.
