I wanted to express my sincere condolences to Pat's family. Pat was my online quilting friend. I had the pleasure of visiting Pat at her house and spending the night when I was passing thru Cedar Rapids. I will always remember her sitting in her chair hand quilting her sampler quilt, and her many hostas around her yard. She was such a nice person and fun to be around. I will miss her friendly face and happy personality.

Heartfelt sympathy to the family. I had the pleasure of being Pats roomie at a quilting retreat in Phoenix, Arizona. We maintained an online friendship after that, which I really enjoyed. I had the opportunity to visit with her in her lovely home as we were passing through. Enjoyed a lovely visit and a cuppa with her. She was a lovely lady and I will miss her online friendship.

I knew Pat through quilt guild and our small group. She had a joyous spirit and took great pleasure in expressing her creativity through quilting. She loved her purple fabric! We will miss her wise conversation. My sympathies to her family. She spoke of you often.
