Memorial

Mason Lee Weeks, infant son of Devon Lee Weeks and Melissa Lynn Thiher, was born sleeping on Thursday, October 22, 2015.

A memorial service will be held 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, October 28, 2015 at the Cedar Memorial Park Chapel of Memories.  Visitation will be held from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. Tuesday evening at the Cedar Memorial Park Funeral Home.

Baby Mason is survived by his parents, Devon Weeks of Hiawatha and Melissa Thiher of Marion; maternal grandparents Tracy and Jay Schonberg of Marion; paternal grandfather David Weeks of Hiawatha; paternal grandmother Chauna Harkness of Cedar Rapids; maternal great-grandmothers Sherry Schonberg of Cedar Rapids and Judith Friede of West Union; paternal great-grandparents Bruce and Trina Weeks of Cedar Rapids; Craig Harkness of Central City; and Linda Meyers of Cedar Rapids; as well as aunt Kourtney Weeks and uncles Codie Weeks, David E. Thiher and Adam Schonberg.

He was preceded in death by his maternal great-grandparents Donna Christiansen and Robert “Grandpa Bob” Schonberg.
