Memorial

Frank Pata, 98, of Cedar Rapids, Iowa passed away, Monday, January 12, 2015.  Funeral Service will be held at Cedar Memorial Park’s Chapel of Memories beginning at 1pm on Friday, January 16. Visitation for Frank will be held at Cedar Memorial Park Funeral Home, Thursday, January, 15, from 4-7pm.  

Frank was born on October, 14, 1916 to Frank and Emma Pata in Howard County, Iowa. He married Mabel Detert on December, 23 1943.

He is survived by his wife Mabel; his sons Dean (Colleen) of Cedar Rapids and Bruce (Cathy) of Olathe, Kansas; daughter Joyce (Robert) Locke of Mt Vernon; 9 grandchildren and 24 great –grandchildren; a brother and sister.

Frank is preceded in death by his parents, a brother and 4 sisters.
