Sympathies extended to the family. I knew Ed from the CR Citizen Committee for Disabled. He was a champion for the cause. I enjoyed knowing him and having his inspiration shared. Thanks for a great life Ed! RIP

I only knew Ed Winter through his office at City Hall. From those periodic sessions, I can say that Ed was one of the most courteous and helpful public employees I have come upon as a reporter. Perhap it was his military experience that gave him such a solid rooting in public service. Far more than most public officials, Ed was keenly aware that City Hall worked for the general public. He was generous with his time, helpful to naive scribes and ever the gentleman. My sympathy to his family.

I am so sorry to hear about your loss. Edward will be missed by family and friends, but he will not be forgotten by our heavenly father Jehovah. I hope Jesus' words found at (John 5:28,29) bring comfort knowing that you have an opportunity to see him again to share more wonderful times together.
