Jennifer J. Faas, 43, of Cedar Rapids, passed away Friday, February 6, 2015 at the Oldorf Hospice House of Mercy, Hiawatha.

A memorial service celebrating Jennifer’s life will be held at 11:00 am Tuesday, February 10, 2015 at First Congregational Church with the Rev. Bob Westfall officiating. 

Survivors include her husband, Ron; daughters, Olivia Faas at home, Amanda (Nick) Larson, Ashley Faas; parents, Harvey Hop & Vicki (Rich) Lyle; brother, Scott (Suzy) Hop; two grandsons, Brayden and Jimmer; grandmother, Gerrie Walder.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Ron Walder, Harvey and Mariam Hop, mother-in-law, Opal Faas.

Jennifer Jon Hop was born January 18, 1972 in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, the daughter of Harvey and Vicki  (Walder) Hop. She graduated from Kennedy High School and Kirkwood Community College with a degree in Interior Design. On October 16, 1999, she married Ronald K. Faas in Cedar Rapids. 

Memorial donation may be given in her name to Hospice of Mercy.
