Born on Nov 25, 1928
Departed on Dec 8, 2015

Sandi and family, may you experience the peace and presence of God, as you grieve the loss of your father. My thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time.

I had the privilege of knowing Bob for over 25 years as a member of the Shrine and Jesters. We had many great times together. I last saw him in Cedar Falls in February and he hadn't changed a bit. He was still the old fun loving Bob. He will be greatly missed by all of the people who knew him and will be especially missed by all of his Masonic and Jester Friends. I raise a toast to you my friend. Bill Clark, Des Moines, Iowa

Bob was one of a kind and a true friend to many. We had the privilege of working with Bob on many projects and he was great. I will always cherish the years of friendship and our poker games at the Cedar Rapids Home Builders. Bob will be missed by many.

We shared so many good times together at parties with Joyce and Hal, Donna and Ted Anderson. We send you our prayers and love at this difficult time. with love, The Rexorats Carol Ann and Doc

Bob Levi was just plain....a "Good Man"! I worked with Bob for about five years and following that I met many people in various States. I cannot think of anyone with a better demeanor than Bob and those who knew him would agree. Mary Alice Blanche and I both remember many great Christmas Parties that we enjoyed at the Levi house. You have our condolences.

I knew Bob for years through the Shrine and Jesters. My deepest sympathy to the family. He was a great guy and a good friend.

I was very saddened to learn of Bob's passing, and I extend my deepest sympathies to Bob's Family. Bob was instrumental in me obtaining employment with IIG& E in the Spring of 1981, and I would not have gotten on with them if it hadn't been for Bob. Even though he was not the manager that hired me, he was the person who called the hiring manager and recommended me. I owe Bob a lot for that. I will always remember Bob's gravelly voice and friendliness. I pray that the Lord comforts Bob's family, now and always. In Jesus's name. Amen.

To the Levi Family, You are all in our tender thoughts and loving prayers! Forever Friends ~ the Murphys

Bob was one of the most up-beat and fun men I have had the privilege to know through the Shrine and Jesters. His laugh will be missed by many. My condolences to his family.

My condolences to the Levi family. It was my pleasure to know Bob through the EX Club. He was one of the nicest and kindest gentlemen I have ever met and he had a great sense of humor. I know there is a special place in heaven for him.

Sandi, Mike and Family, So sorry for your loss. Our deepest sympathies to you all. C7

We will miss dinners with Levi. We are unable to attend the funeral but are thinking of both he and Alice.

I knew Bob from the Ex Club. Bob was one of the guys that made me feel welcome as a new member. He always had a friendly word. You could always count on him. He was a good man. I'll miss him. Frank

Dear Mary Alice, I am very sorry to hear about Bob. I remember him coming to my dad's house and having some barbeques. My father talked highly of Bob throughout his career at Iowa Illinois Gas Company, very good memories. Again, I am very sorry for your loss. God Bless.

i could not allow Bob's passing to go without a sincere expression of sympathy for the family. As a kid from 21st Street, Bob was always generous, and quick to teach the finer points of throwing a football! He is very fondly remembered as a part of my childhood. Bob's good nature and broad smile will endure in the memories of all who knew him.

Mary Alice, Sandi, and Steve : My sincere condolences on Bob's passing. Everything about your father that I remember from our childhood is conveyed thru his expression in all the wonderful family photos. My thoughts and prayers are with you. Theresa Driscoll Smith

Dear Mary Alice, Steve, Sandra and all your extended family: We were so sorry to hear about Bob's passing and wanted to extend our deepest sympathy to all of you. Bob was such a great guy - always fun to be around - especially at all the parties held by that circle of friends we came to know. Something tells us that Bob, Ted and Barb Sawyer are now the co-chairpersons of the social committee in heaven! Although this is a difficult time for all of you we know your grief will subside when you think about all the good times you shared w/ Bob.

To the family of Bob Levi, I have had the opportunity to know Bob since I became a Shriner 45 years ago and my membership in the XClub. Bob was a great friend and wonderful person.. He will be greatly missed. I am out of state and will return in March, will contact the Shrine for a gift in Bob's name. Condolences and. Prayers

Mary and Family, Our deepest and sincere condolences to all in the passing of Levi. Louie was so upset because we only heard of Levi's passing yesterday and he wasn't able to pay you all the respect that you deserve. Levi made Lou's day when he'd stop into the Home Port for lunch and hide to go lunches from Jack. I swear that table of guys had more stories and problem solving abilities then one should be allowed. As for the Angel of the bunch, Levi, he will be greatly missed by Louie and I as well as many of the Home Port friends he had. May he rest in peace and God Bless.
