Hannah Lynn Kaiser, 22, of Iowa City, formerly of Cedar Rapids, died Tuesday, December 15, 2015 at the University of Iowa Hospital.

Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Monday, December 21, 2015 at King of Kings Lutheran Church.  Visitation will be held from 2:00 until 5:00 p.m. Sunday afternoon at the Cedar Memorial Park Funeral Home.

Hannah was born January 25, 1993 in Cedar Rapids to Boyd Kaiser and Joan Heiden DeHeus.  She graduated with the Kennedy High School Class of 2011 and was currently a student at the University of Iowa.

Hannah’s legacy will continue; she gave the gift of life through organ and tissue donation.

She is survived by her parents, Boyd (Deb) Kaiser and Joan DeHeus, both of Cedar Rapids; brother Jacob Kaiser of West Virginia; sister Ellie Kaiser of Cedar Rapids; paternal grandmother Marlene Greenlee of York, Nebraska; and maternal grandmother Harleen (Earl) Bicknase of Hampton, Nebraska.

A memorial in Hannah’s name has been established to benefit mental health research.
