Evelyn was a great woman, great example for everyone, and very proud of her family. Keep the happy memories and throw away your sorrow for she is with the Lord.

Evelyn was such a strong woman! I was blessed to have known her and received so many hugs from her as I entered First Baptist Church. I will miss her warm smile, but know she is in a better place now with no pain! Thoughts and prayers to the family at this difficult time!

I worked with Evelyn at KCRG but she was more than a co-worker. She was my bus mate, mentor and a very special friend. We ate lunch together, shopped together, went to same church and shared more laughs and practical jokes than I can count. She was someone I could confide in and look to for guidance and when I went into labor, she was always there to encourage and babysit. Since we moved, I have missed our times together but she will always have a special place in my memories. Our prayers go out to her family. May they have peace.
