Richard "Dick" Berzinski

Born in Winona, MN
Born on Aug 10, 1925
Departed on Dec 2, 2014

My sympathies to the Berzinski family. I didn't know Dick well, but I was a salesman for Rath Packing Company back in 1961 and the Shorewood was one of my accounts. Coincidentally, I lived right across Ellis Boulevard from the Shorewood at the time.

My Sympathy to the family of Richard E "Dick" Berzinski. Dick was my boss at the Shorewood in 1966 and 1967. I played the Piano and really enjoyed working for him. I am still playing the Piano and Singing. May God Bless You. Cherish The Memories !! Mary Kay Miller December 4th, 2014

Dearest Family, Brownie and I want to let you know how sorry we were to hear of your father's passing. Please know you are in our thoughts and prayers.

Mike and all, Sorry to read of your father's passing. Growing up there meant visiting your restaurants as a family often and I remember those memories well. It's been a long time since our days at Kennedy and opposite ends of Northwood Drive. I hope you are well. Jon

Dear Carol, Bill, Jim & Mike, We are so very sorry to hear of your Dad's passing. I remember him so well, from the years ago when I would spend the night at your house on NE side of town to living in the back house. He always had a nice thing to say and I thought of him fondly. Thinking of you and your families. Love, Mike & Julie Murray

I worked for Richard at the Hot Fish Shop for 4 years 1951-1955 while at Roosevelt HS $.65/hr. It was my first paying job. They taught me responsibility. I still dream about mopping floors there. I still don't like to clean shrimp. It was a fun job overall and I learned to smoke. RIP Ted
