Memorial

Dorothy M. Fogel, 85, of Marion, a resident of Crestview Acres Care Center died there Wednesday December 3, 2014.  Services: 1:00 p.m. Monday at Cedar Memorial Chapel of Memories by Care Innitiatives Hospice Chaplain Jim Goodrich. Entombment: Cedar Memorial Park Cemetery. A visitation will be held on Sunday from 2-4 at Cedar Memorial Park Funeral Home.

Survivors include her children; Ernest (Georgia) Foss Jr. of Mt. Vernon, Iowa, Edward (Diane) Foss Sr. of Cedar Rapids, Mona (Phil) Robley of Moorehead, Minnesota and Joe (Teena) Foss of Armuchee, Georgia,  her brother, Kenneth Adams of Albert Lea, Minnesota, her daughter-in-law, Donna Adams of Huntley, Montana, 12 grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren and 7 great great grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her parents, husbands, Ernest Foss Sr., Fritz Fogel, her son, Albert Adams, her siblings; Eleanor, Kathleen, Shirley, Carol, and great granddaughter, Rylee 

Dorothy was born June 5, 1929 in Storm Lake, Iowa, the daughter of Fred and Edna (Schunamen) Adams. She was married to Ernest H. Foss Sr. and Fritz Fogel. She enjoyed BINGO and mbroidery. The family would like to extend a special thanks to the staff at Crestview Acres and Care Innitiatives Hospice for the loving care they gave to Dorothy. 

A memorial fund has been established by the family.
