Our beloved mother, Donna Mae Wittenberg, 67, of Cedar Rapids, died Wednesday February 8, 2012. Memorial services: 2:00 p.m. Sunday at Valley View Baptist Church, where visitation will begin after 1:00 p.m. The Pastor Phil J. Foster will officiate. Cedar Memorial Park Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements. Survivors include her children; Brenda Lee Lovell of Amarillo, Texas, Ronda Denise (John) Welper of Vinton, Iowa, Lisa Dawn (Darrell Russell) Rouse of Vinton, Iowa, and Ronald Douglas Wittenberg Jr. of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, her siblings; Hazel (Bill Wheeler) Rambo of Vinton, Iowa, Charlotte (Everett) Chesmore, Theodore (Edna) Dedrick, Gloria Kies (Sonny) and Frank Dedrick all of Vinton, Iowa, her grandchildren; Randy Lee (Danielle) Rouse, Amber Nicole (Eric) Welper, Cory John (Katelyn) Welper, Rayce Trinity (Deanna) Rouse, Mariah May Wittenberg, Cody Douglas Donald Wittenberg, Raven Marie Russell, Rickey Deen Russell, Kayden Douglas Wentz and granddog, Bungee Behr Lovell, her great grandchildren; Gabriel James Rouse, Kamden Lee Rouse, Lilly Rose Schmidt, Olivia Callison Rouse, Cael Ashton Struve and Landen John Rouse. She was preceded in death by her parents, a brother, Jack Dedrick, her aunts; Ethel and Nellie and a niece April Dedrick. Donna was born August 8, 1944 in Traer, Iowa, the daughter of Roy and Violet Hall Dedrick. She was member of Valley View Baptist Church and was as a secretary at Martin Equipment. Donna was a very devoted and loving mother and loved her family, friends, church family and her work. She loved gardening and canning the fruits and vegetables she grew.
