Mac my old friend I will forever miss our debates over Infantry Blue versus Artillery Red. This is one man that I would always trust my back to as he was a great soldier! Someday I hope to join him at Fiddlers Green, a place that old soldiers eventually end their journey at. "Steel On Call" my old friend.

Our thoughts are with you and your family at this most difficult time of loss. Sorry I wasn't able to attend the services as I just found about your loss from a former member of the Reserves.
I met Jim and Mick Erdman when I was 1SG of HHC in Iowa City. Shared many memories of past Summer/Winter Camps with Jim and always enjoyed his company and ideas. We were looking forward to another 410th Reunion and sharing memories.
