For many, the holiday season is filled with family, joy and celebration. But for those who have recently experienced a death loss, it can be a season filled with apprehension and sadness.
We have offered Coping with the Holidays for many years to all of our community with the goal of helping those affected by grief during the holiday season.
During this one hour, all virtual gathering, Dr. James Coyle, Cedar Memorial's GriefCare and Community Outreach Specialist, will lead us through a discussion and time of reflection.
Dr. Coyle will also offer holiday tips and resources that are available to all.
