Jim started out as my boss at Ernie's in 1991. He ended up being a very dear friend. He taught me so many things in business and people but mostly things about me. He saw something in me that I had a hard time seeing. He had a faith in me that no one else did. He has alot to do with where I am and who I am. He's a very special man and I will miss my friend.
