Rodney Lon Clark, 60, of Marion, passed away on Tuesday, August 17, 2010 at his home with his family at his side. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, August 20, 2010 at the Cedar Memorial Park Chapel of Memories with burial in Cedar Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4 until 7 PM on Thursday at Cedar Memorial Park Funeral Home.

Survivors include his wife Susan; three sons Shad (Heather) Clark of Shellsburg, Sean (Jennifer) Clark of Marion, and Rodney Lynn (Tonya) Clark of Springville; grandchildren Hunter, Kaitlyn, Dakota, Tristin, Lillian, and Carlie Clark; and one sister Sheila of IA. Rodney was preceded in death by his parents and one brother Roger Clark.

Rodney was born November 30, 1949 in Cedar Rapids, the son of Vernon and Eileen (Marsden) Clark. He married Susan Steffes on October 3, 1970 in Marion. Rodney was a printer for Longview Fiber for 25 years retiring in 1993. He was a member of the United Paperworkers Union and an avid supporter of the Boy Scouts of America serving as Scout Master for 7 years.
