I met Joan years ago in a Faith Sharing group. What a delightful lady and someone I looked forward to seeing each week! We were in each others homes and shared much about our families as well. I am so sorry to hear of your family's loss. Joan was a funny lady with a great laugh. I remember the time she taped a certain Iowa City newspaper article to Cristie's bedroom mirror... she had a clever sense of humor that I am sure she has passed on to her grandchildren.
