I knew Charlie through doing inspections for Leased Housing. All of us at Housing had the utmost respect for him. He was a good man! At one inspection, I had worked hard on a diet and lost weight since the last time I saw him. He mentioned the weight loss while I was checking over the house and I nodded. When we left and walked outside, he gently said, "You're not sick, are you?" He was so caring. I quickly explained that I had been "starving" for a year! That shows how much he cared!! Thank you for sharing him with the world. God Bless all of you during this difficult time. May your memories keep him with you always.
