OMIGOSH! JULIA & MARK, and MR & MRS BARVINEK, I want to share with you that My family and I offer our deepest sympathies and prayers to you and the rest of the family. Losing an important family anchor can cause a huge ripple in the family pool and I pray you can avoid some unfortunate heartache caused by anyone else. I do hope to see you all again.... SOON!! I knew the last time I saw her, I had just said my final good-bye to our friend. What would I give to listen to her tell old stories abuot her youth. She seemed like a MOST fascinating person. Mrs. B, I was blown away when you told me Friday that you had gone to visit Mrs. McCoy & that you shared our whole conversation with Dee. All these times I've asked about Mrs McCoy, I wasn't 100% certain that she would be receptive to love notes from a 'nobody'. I was PRETTY certain that she wouldn't remember which girl I was. Julia ~ I cannot tell you the range of emotions I felt from the moment I saw you begging me closer & then rising out of your chair to embrace me like family and for all of your kind words. I am pleased. Flattered even, that she connected my name with my face and knew who I was and wanted to make sure that YOU were the one to share this touching gift with me. I have to tell you, Julia, Mark, Mr & Mrs Barvinek, that this sad and lonely heart was VERY surprised that you sought me out to share some of her last thoughts. THANK YOU & GOD BLESS

To the family of "Aunt Dee" We met and enjoyed the company of Aunt Dee when she would come to Texas to visit Larry and Cheryl Sonka and their family. Aunt Dee was an interesting Lady, to say the least. She was a most gracious woman, quite humorous and full of life. I know she will be missed by all who were fortunate enough to have known her. We were so sorry to hear of Dee's passing. She was a wonderful person and we will never forget her. She and Glade were our insurance agents for over 30 years. I spoke to her on the phone not very long ago, and I am so glad I had the opportunity to tell her how much I appreciated her all the years she took care of us, and believe me she did. She and Glade would visit us about once a month at work and were never in a big hurry to leave. She was a real LADY. Good Bye for now sweet Dee we will miss you. Judy and Pete Trim All Co.

I am so saddened to learn that Dee passed away. When I didn't receive a Christmas card or phone call from her this year, I searched on the internet and came across her obiturary. What a loss....... I worked for Dee and Glade in the late 1980's and credit her with teaching me everything about large account commercial insurance. I eventually moved to Des Moines where I continued to excel - all thanks to the knowledge that she shared with me. We continued to keep up with each other from time to time. I knew something must be wrong when I didn't hear from her this Christmas. A remarkable woman she was. My sympathies are extended to all of you. Thanks Dee - for everything........ I'll miss you and Glade.

Julia~ I am deeply sorry for the loss of your dear aunt. She was a wonderful lady who always spoke her mind. She was a classy, educated lady with much knowledge of how the world works. She taught me a lot during our time together. I wish I could have been here during her final days. I am so sorry. Although I know in my heart she was very anxious to be with her loving husband. I pray they are together now in a world of no pain and bliss. Thank you for allowing me the chance to know her. I wish your family the best. God Bless Dee and your family. She will be missed for a long time to come.
