Steve would brighten our days whenever he stopped in for a visit. He had good stories to tell and always laughed at ours no matter that he had heard them probably 50 times before.. Steve will be missed very much.

We remember Steve from his many years attending the IWWA convention. We very much enjoyed his participation in the auction with Terry Whitney. Gene and Ann Hicks, Hicks Well Co., Scranton.

Steve was not just a salesman but a friend and it felt like he was truly interested in what we did. He knew better than we what we had on hand and tried to keep us moving in the right direction. Many times his suggestions have made a difference. His efforts in the the water well industry will be missed as well as his gentle quiet attitude. He will be greatly missed. We will ask God to fill the void with the fullness of His prescence.

Bill - My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family with the sudden passing of your brother. It must be difficult to experience the loss of one which we deem too young. Though I never had the pleasure of knowing Steven, the words expressed by his friends are heartwarming and a loving tribute to his life. God bless. Connie

Our sympathies to the family of Steve, and also to his business partners. He was a great salesman and helped us in any way he could. He brought us supplies any time he was in the area, even if it was not his day to stop by. Always willing to help make our day to day needs easier. He was not only our salesman, but also a dear friend, and will be deeply missed. Dennis & Arlene Vandersee of D & D Plumbing, Heating, & Electric, Fayette, Ia.

I've worked with Steve in the water well business for over 30 years. He was my salesman from CR WinPump and we met almost weekly. Steve would always go out of his way to help out when we needed immediate help. He would provide service no matter when it was needed (day or night). Steve understood what it took to run a business and still be a friend. He will be greatly missed. Rick Budden Budden Well & Plbg Services

Dear Family of Steve Ongie, I had the pleasure of knowing Steve for the last nine years, we became acquainted when he began purchasing his fire arms from me and for the last few years we shared time together having fun in Vegas at the Arms Show and also the Tulsa Arms Show. It was always a pleasure speaking with him on the phone and I will miss him dearly. I considered him a special friend.

Family and Friends: I first met Steve in 1999 in Terry Whitney's kitchen when they were starting CR Winpump. Steve was one of the most honest and sincere people I have ever known. Steve always put his customer first, and will be missed in the industry. Steve was also very respected by all around him and was an asset to Winpump. God Bless the family in their time of sorrow.

To Steve's Family, You may not know that Steve was even a member of our club, a couple years ago Steve joined our club & started making friends from the first day he stopped out. Steve had a great passion for the shooting sports, & no matter whether he was having a good or bad day on the range he always had a smile on his face. He was always willing to help in any way he could & made many friends along the way. We would like send our sympathy to his family, from his other family.
