JD Proffitt, 87, a resident of Crestview Acers, died there Wednesday September 17, 2008 following a long illness. Graveside services are set for 3:30 p.m. Friday at Cedar Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be today at Cedar Memorial Park Funeral Home from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m.
