John William Cotter

Dear Vicki, Pat and family, May your memories bring you peace. I will always remember how impressed with your Dad the first time I met him. I was only 7 when he became a part of our family. He was just so handsome in his uniform.
And, I will never forget how he used to name their cars. I thought that was so funny. He was a great guy and I know will be missed.
Blessing to you all.

Dear Cotter Family;

John Cotter was a longtime friend of my family while I was growing up, having been my father's partner at the Health Department and one of his best lifelong friends. All of my memories involve him being jovial and upbeat, making jokes and having fun. He was a pleasure to be around and will be missed.

Many condolences,
Joanne Cook
