Jeanette McGuigan-Tanner, 81, 205 40th Street Drive SE died Monday, April 28, 2008 at her home following a brief illness. Memorial Services: 3:00 P.M. Monday at Cedar Memorial Park Chapel of Memories where friends may call from 2 PM until the time of the service. Inurnment: Cedar Memorial Park Cemetery.

Surviving in addition to her husband Dove are two children, John McGuigan Nancy of Lebanon, MO and Ladd McGuigan Lorraine of Cedar Rapids; and four grandchildren, Sean, Shelly, Christine and Daniel.

She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Lloyd Krouse; and a sister, Colleen Roof.

Jeanette was born March 4, 1927 in Oskaloosa the daughter of John and June Brubaker Krouse. She married Dove Tanner on September 4, 1996 in Marion. She worked at Merchants National Bank for 15 years, retiring in 1986.

Jeanette was a dedicated wife and mother.
