David "Deacon" Iamarino, 65, of 1211 Belmont Parkway NW, died Friday, December 14, 2007, at the University of Iowa Hospitals & Clinics as a
result of a head injury. Services: 9:30 a.m.
Wednesday at Cedar memorial Westside Chapel by the Rev. Linda Livingston of Ascension Lutheran Church. A visitation will be held after 8:30 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.

Survivors include two brothers, Joe Iamarino of Cedar Rapids, and John Iamarino of Chula Vista, CA; and a half-sister Melissa Anderson of Cedar Rapids.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Alvin and Helen Anderson; his half-sister, Cyndi Anderson; and a half-brother, Karl Anderson.

Deacon was born on January 22, 1942 in Cedar Rapids. He was employed at St. Luke's Hospital for over 40 years, retiring in 2004.
